Minimum 2 years experience supporting US customers over the phone. Flawless English skills- written, spoken and listening comprehension Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess calm/professional telephone presence. Ability to multi-task, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines Good problem solving skills.
